Zale Lipshy University Hospital
Bayou City
Medical Center provides community-based inpatient and outpatient care with 526
beds and over 700 physicians on staff. Many medical and surgical services are here:
cardiology, obstetrics, neonatology, pediatrics, orthopedics, physical therapy and
rehabilitation, psychiatry and infectious diseases. There are two locations in Southwest

Brownsville
Medical Center, founded in 1923, became the first hospital in the area. Today, it
is a 176-bed facility employing more than 800 health care professionals and is owned by
Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Brownsville Medical Center is a comprehensive medical and
surgical facility in the Rio Grande Valley, delivering advanced technology and quality
medicine to the people of Brownsville and surrounding communities.

Children's Medical
Center of Dallas is the only health-care facility in Dallas dedicated
exclusively to treating children from birth to age 18. With its cheery atmosphere to
complex pediatric research everything is aimed at fulfilling their mission -- making
life better for children. This private, non-profit hospital (with 322 beds) annually cares
for 12,000 hospitalized children and 250,000 visitors to their outpatient clinics.

Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital's commitment to the
Northwest Houston community began in 1983, when they opened near FM 1960 West and Jones
Road. Since then they've helped countless people live longer, healthier lives. The
facility, with 149 beds and more than 250 physicians, offers extensive medical/surgical
services: maternity, pediatrics, rehabilitation, pain management and diagnostics.

Doctors Hospital, established in
1959, has grown to be a full-service, 228-bed acute care hospital with three medical
office buildings on its campus. Doctors Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint
Commission for Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), licensed by the state of
Texas and certified for participation in the Medicare/Medicaid Programs.

near the heart of downtown Garland TX, Garland Community Hospital has
met community health care needs since 1975. Today the 113-bed facility combines acute
care, psychiatric and chemical dependency services, and work injury rehabilitation on a
26-acre campus. Garland Community Hospital maintains advanced radiological technology and

Hill
Country Memorial Hospital is a dynamic 61-bed medical center serving a
seven-county area centered in Fredericksburg (the heart of the Texas Hill Country). Their
staff represents 27 specialties: 50 local physicians serve on the active medical staff and
42 others serve on the consulting/courtesy staff. The hospital offers advanced
technologies in a warm and friendly surrounding.

Northwest Medical Center (HNMC) opened in 1973. In 25 years, HNMC has grown to
become North Houston's largest, most comprehensive health care facility. The medical staff
includes more than 500 physicians, dentists and podiatrists, who offer comprehensive

Pointe Medical Center, a 92-bed medical/surgical facility, was built in 1987 to

Providence
Memorial Hospital, with 501 licensed beds and 64 skilled nursing unit beds,
continues to offer advanced technology and innovative programs designed to help keep
citizens of the El Paso region healthy. Providence offers a Digestive Disease Center,
Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment Chamber, La Mariposa Hospice, The Women's Center, and many

RHD
Memorial Medical Center has a multitude of advanced medical capabilities. A
323-bed medical/surgical hospital and three medical professional buildings are on the RHD
campus. Their campus extends to Coppell with the RHD Medical Offices of Coppell. Special
program centers are also located in the professional buildings there, including the RHD
Senior Healthcare Center and RHD Cardiac Rehab Center.

Rio
Vista Rehabilitation Hospital offers comprehensive physical rehabilitation
designed to help maximize an individual's ability to return to work after a major illness
or injury. Rio Vista offers comprehensive physical rehabilitation in the following areas:
amputation, brain injury, burn, critical wound, joint replacement, multi-trauma,
occupational rehabilitation, pain management, spinal cord injury, stroke and transitional
rehabilitation.

Sierra Medical
Center opened in 1976 to provide the El Paso region with advanced medical
technology including many "firsts" -- the first site-based magnetic
resonance imaging facility and Gamma Knife Radiosurgery as well as the first to perform
kidney transplants. Sierra Medical Center also has cardiology, oncology, neurology and
maternal/infant services.

Medical Center is a 149-bed acute care hospital on a 60-acre campus with three

Zale Lipshy University Hospital is the private adult referral hospital for the faculty
physicians of UT Southwestern Medical Center. Patients are admitted to Zale Lipshy
University Hospital through their independent practices at the Medical School and
through referral from primary care and specialist physicians. Zale Lipshy University
Hospital is included on the networks of more than 50 health plans.
