About the Texas Health Guide

The Texas Health Guide was created by Health Integration Technologies, Inc. Health IT is a physician-driven company dedicated to transforming the delivery of healthcare through Internet technology. Our team of healthcare professionals is here to promote improved communication between providers and patients and to empower patients with information to make informed decisions.

Along the lines of our goal as a company, Health IT created the Texas Health Guide so it could be a significant resource to those in Texas and the rest of the Nation as they search for healthcare-related resources. We could write our own material on health issues, but with the World Wide Web now carrying millions of websites it was obvious to us that we would provide a better service by getting you to resources that are already available. 

You will find the Texas Health Guide is a collection of links that take you to other health-related websites. Our Editor in Chief, along with the assistance of our Editorial Board, carefully chose these links. Of the thousands of links here almost all links go to the websites of foundations or organizations that are closely related to the health topic of your choice. There are probably all of two websites here that are on personal pages; each is the "links" page on that site which showed a wonderful list of resources that seemed foolish to reproduce any other way.
